This is our base level service where we live in your home and ensure its security while you’re away! We offer a highly professional service, keeping your home clean and tidy while you’re away, and only using the permitted areas of your home as outlined by you. We strive to fit into your home routine as seamlessly as possible, meaning we carry out duties such as collecting post; signing for deliveries, taking out rubbish bins on designated days, keeping your home tidy and clean, securing your home, and carrying out basic gardening duties such as watering plants (more involved gardening duties will need to be disclosed before the sit begins).

Keeping your home safe while you're away
We stay at your home throughout the day and overnight, deterring potential opportunistic criminals while you’re away. We have experience using a variety of home security systems such as alarms and cameras when required, so you won’t need to worry about the security of your possessions. We also have our own insurance, so you can relax in the knowledge that your home is secure and being cared for as if it were our own!

Contactable when you need us
We are always contactable during a housesit via phone or email, provided there is adequate phone signal and/or wifi. (We have never run into a problem with these, even though we have stayed in some very remote houses! We have always been able to stay in touch with every home owner we’ve house sat for to date). If you require daily updates, we are more than happy to provide these. Equally if you’d like minimal contact to enjoy your time away from home, we are happy to oblige! We let you tell us how much contact you’d like during our stay, and are never offended if home owners request regular updates – especially if you haven’t used house sitters before.
