Pet sitting in Brighton and Hove
Brighton is the last place we lived before becoming full time travelling pet sitters, so it always feels like coming home when we return to pet sit in the city! We’ve completed so many wonderful pet sits in Brighton and Hove, where we love spending time walking dogs on the beach, or enjoying the seaside sunshine in the garden with cats curled up on our laps.
Up in Hollingdean, we cared for shy kittycat Noo, who would disappear each morning and arrive home for dinner and stay in for evening snuggles on the sofa. Over in Hove, we cared for gorgeous white cat Boo who loved nothing more than sunbathing in the garden and prowling along the fence looking for the neighbour’s cat.
While dog sitting with Saluki Jem, we spent our days enjoying walkies along Hove Lagoon and the pebble beach, where he’d run for hours chasing his ball or splashing through the waves. No other dogs could catch him when he got to full speed, though we loved meeting other dogs on our walks and watching them try! While pet sitting Joey the Bedlington, we spent our days walking through Hove Park together – Joey loved greeting every single person and dog in the park so our daily walkies were spent making lots of new friends! At another pet sit in Hove, Chihuahuas Gizmo and Kola spent the days curling up for cuddles with us – it was lovely to have one each to keep our laps warm! We took them to various dog-friendly cafes around Hove where they received lots of love and head scratches from the wait staff while we enjoyed our cuppas.
Back in Brighton, while pet sitting near Preston Park, we’d take mum and daughter rescue dogs Jyoti and Milai for daily strolls around the rose garden, through the wildflower meadow and out the other side to have a good run around. In the evenings, we’d head down to Brighton beach to watch the sunset from the promenade and admire the Starling murmurations over Brighton Pier. There’s nothing quite like a Brighton sunset over the water, and it was even more special to watch them with four-legged friends by our sides.

Incredibly responsible and reliable
Suze and Chris were just incredible! So kind and caring and not to mention the gorgeous pics we got of our babies while we were away. Suze and Chris take their full time sitting very seriously and are incredibly responsible and reliable. We would be thrilled to welcome them to our home again some day!

The best sitters we have had
Suze and Chris have looked after our dog Jem, a Saluki-X, and our home three times. They are the best sitters we have had, and we have had quite a few over the years. Jem clearly loves being cared for by Suze and Chris as the second time they came he was so excited to see them again and for a while after they leave seems to miss them. They handle him very well and give him lots of time and attention, sending us pictures of all the fun times they have together! Chris and Suze are easy to communicate with and are very organised. They look after the house very well and on each occasion have left the house tidy with all washing done! We would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again.
